    Home Page Is Showing Up As Normal Page

    Hello,

    Suddenly my homepage is showing up like any other page. It's showing a title and the wording in front of the Featured Image lower and not centered on the page. What controls this picture carousel setup in the theme? There was another person working on the site but they swear nothing was touched. I don't see anything missing or changed in the functions.php. Surely you must know what specifically allows the homepage to present the featured image up and center on the page? I have attached pictures of it. Thank you.
