    Limit list of blog posts shown on blog page

    I presume the list of posts on the blog page has no limit. I can't find anything in the configuration to set a maximum vale. Is that true? If so, how can I limit the list of posts to, say, the last 5?

    Anyone got a favourite plugin for showing the blog archives in the sidebar?
