As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Expiry Dates & What's Related Missing but Enabled
1. The expiration dates are no longer showing up under any coupon at all, in any browser I've tried. They are set in the coupon details but simple fail to display on site.

2. The What's Related coupon option is enabled within the Advanced setup, however they are also not showing on any coupon page.

These both occur only when Discounty is enabled and are fine with just Clipper running by itself...
