    PayPal and Using the Tax Option.

    I set up sales tax option in 3.3.1. When I go to Paypal Sandbox, I can't get through to PayPal. I am returned a message from PayPal, saying, "The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount." Please advise, thank you.
