    Make Budget field not required

    How would one go about making the Budget field within the Create Project form NOT required? Currently, it is and hopefully it's as simple as a few clicks in the Dashboard.

    Obviously, I'd rather avoid a mod but if I must I'll use a snippets plugin to keep it separate from the Hirebee theme. FWIW, I examined out wp-content/themes/hirebee/form-project.php.

    Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
