I have need of a directory theme, but it must be able to be tweaked in one fundamental way. Please tell me if this would be a simple operation. I want to sell listings to local businesses but I only want to allow one business per category, per zip code. For my project to work, I must limit each zip code to one business per category or my project won't work. I'd explain this but its not important. It simply must be able to do this. Please tell me if this is possible with your theme and what it might take to do it.

There is no specific function/feature built into the theme which offers the restrictions mentioned, so if you were looking to do this it would require customization on your part. Technically it is possible, as our themes are not encrypted and you are free to modify them as you wish.
