Remove software version info

Can I or how to remove software version info at the bottom?
Also does it support multiple language switchable I.e English to Chinese, Chinese to English ?

You haven't specifically mentioned which theme you are asking about, so in general:

You can remove the footer credit information through modification of the theme footer files (there is no setting within the admin dashboard which would remove this automatically).

There is a WPML bridge plugin which can be used with ClassiPress for using multiple languages, however this is not yet available for other themes. You can read more about this here. Thanks.
