    Country dropdown menu not starting on first option

    Large dropdown menus are not starting on the first option.

    The country drop down start with "select, Ireland, N. Ireland, England...." When a user clicks on it the first option they get is "N.Ireland" see below screen shot.

    On the next drop down the option starts with nearly the last choice, see below screen shot.
