My Featured Ads Slider has too many ads and is over-lapping -- I need a 2nd slider

Ok ...

So my question is really in four parts:

1. How can I get two sliders (one on top of the other) I have 85 ads at the moment, and I see the need to offer another option.

2. I don't totally understand how to create extra fields. Are there any examples so I can see what to do?

3. For the Ultimate edition, are there any forums that can be or user avatars that can be used.

4. I am also getting an odd visually cut off error message:
