Where do the enquiries go to?

So I register as an advertiser, create the job application, pay my money and post the job. Pretty simple.

(A Person) comes on the job board, applies for the job via the onsite email form at the bottom of the job advertisement - but where does the application go?

1.) As the applicant - I didn't receive an email confirmation - should I?

2.) As the job advertiser - I didn't receive any applicant email?

What have I missed?

There is no where to view the job applications within the account and the email system doesn't seem to work.
