email notifications
I installed this great template and I also set it very easy as multisite. I have a few Q:
1. email notifications - is there a way to control when it sends emails? for example, if I update a ticket that is assigned to me, I do not want to receive email.. also, It would be great to have different rules for notifications (only if status changed, only if assigned to johnny, only from certain category, etc...), I want to let users be able to set what they wish to receive in their profile
2. Task start/end date for tasks/projects - this is something that can be helpful, the milestones do not actually work by dates.
3. Can I add custom fields to tasks?
