    Vantage 4.0.1-dev-2017-03-23.0 - Can not configure page template as per tutorial

    Hi,

    Just installed the Vantage 4.0.1-dev-2017-03-23.0 on a clean install.

    I followed this tutorial to configure the "Search for..." page but there is NO page template dropdown as per screen snapshot.

    This looks like a BUG as per change log entry:

    - Added page-templates folder and moved some root-level page templates here. NOTE: child themes also must use this folder structure
