Change background color

Hi,

I am trying to change the background/page color. I am not talking about the header color.

The whole page. All of the pages. Currently they are white. I would like them to be black.

Does anyone know where and what to change in order to do this?

This would be on the Vantage theme. This is not a Child's theme.

I would appreciate anyone's help on this.
