As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

How to submit a ticket for Ad Stuffer
1. Please include URL in a PM if you do not want to show in the forum.
2. Please include your version or the Theme, AdStuffer and Wordpress.com
3. Please include any Plug-in or try deactivate all other plug-in before you submit the ticket.
4. If possible include a picture of the problem.
5. If you are using Adsense please try with another banner code first before, since the problem can be Adsense not Ad Stuffer. For example AddThemes affiliate banners.

6. Do not bump the ticket we will answer all questions within 48 hours or sooner.

I love to help out you out but please read this first Have you tried to install in a root domain? Have you tried to Resave permalinks? Have you tried to disable all plug in? Have you tried the default theme of Wordpress?
