Adpost Blocker - any update? / Still supported?

I was wondering if this plugin is still supported?
If not I was going to pay someone to build similar / sell.

I notice that there are a few issues not fixed, and also the website for this plugin is no longer online (http://www.adposterblocker.com)
Are you supporting / updating still?

My own problems include..

1. Duplicate entries are allowed - I can add the same String twice (the plugin lets me).
2. Clicking on 'Ad/Post Like' should sort the String alphabetically (it doesn't work / do anything).
3. If an advert is blocked the user is not informed - they just get to the last stage of advert placement and get a blank screen (would be nice if they are told their advert is not allowed - this would stop them to keep trying).
4. my host says the plugin isnt closing tables properly, and damaging database (Error : Table 'xxx.wp_apb_valid_users' doesn't exist / Got error: 1146: Table 'xxx.wp_apb_valid_users' doesn't exist when using LOCK TABLES Status : Operation failed)
They say it is coded badly - anyone else getting database errors?
5. Add in search funtion - once your list of Strings gets long it would be nice to search them to see if something already exists (this would be solved by not allowing duplicates).
