As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Lower case start of senteces
Buna Ovidiu, We have a web developer help us fix some issues with our web site. One issue he has been looking into is fixing the way the text is displayed for ads under the Most Recent tab. All sentences start with a lowercase instead of an upper case which make it difficult to read the text. I noticed that this issue has been fixed in your newest AdSplash version. Wondering if you can provide us with some guidance. You can give us specific directions or code as I can pass the info to the web developer.
