As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Classipress 3.3 dropdown for state/province making me select it
Hi,

Please see attached pic - when placing an ad with classipress 3.2.1 and before I did not need to select the state/province or country from the dropdowns as I only have one state and only one country - but now with classipress 3.3 I need to select the state/province from the dropdown when placing an ad - I don't need to select country - im not sure what the propblem is her.
