Create Search field for User or Author

Hi

I am trying to add a search field for User name or Author so can be searched from within Advanced Search....I cant find any other way to do a search by listing author within Classipress

So I was thinking I would created an Ad Field cp_author, and then set the default value to the User name, however there is no Profile field for User name in the dropdown selection in default value.


How can I do this....am I missing something that is obvious? Basically I want to be able to do a search for all listings by Author or User name.

Any advice?
