Drop down fields inheriting values from parent?

I don't know if this would be possible or if it has even been asked before so I apologise if it has

I would like to know (I have tried to keep it as simple as I can for you to understand) if it would be possible to create using acfcp the following.

1 - Create a series of drop down fields with separate values:
Field 1 - Country (with country Values - England/Scotland/Ireland/Wales)
Field 2 - Region (with region values - All regions for all countries)
Field 3 - Town (with town values - All towns for all regions)

2 - When the Country field has been selected example. England
Is it possible to have the Region drop down field automatically populated with the regions for England only?

3 - When the correct 'English Region' is selected
Is it possible to have the Town drop down only show the Towns available for the Region selected rather than all towns for all the regions?

4 - I am using Mohsins dynamic multi level fields plugin which works fine for Country/Region/Town (3-Tier structure) and does exactly what I am asking above but for the localisation of ads and the submit an ad form only.

What it doesn't do is incorporate this method of dynamic selection on the user profile which is why I am asking you if it is possible to do this using your plugin.

If not would it be possible to hook into Mohsins plugin to allow this dynamic selection method using your plugin?
Or maybe even extend this to allow more tiers rather than the 3 available currently?
