As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Facebook or website link?
Hi again!

Is it possible to add a user website or user facebook link at the single ad sidebar?
I tried to make a new field at Profile Fields...
Like facebook_id...
(... as i have mentioned again this field is duplicated at users edit page..i have two fields of facebook there...)
At format and limitations i set it to be URL...
and then i set it for Single ad sidebar display...
I can see my new field but only as text...
Is it possible to make this field clickable?
