As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Need help with activating Advanced Custom Fields Plugin!!
I am sort of new to all of this and have never had an issue uploading and activating any other plugins but with the "Advanced Custom Fields Plugin", I am able to upload but when I go to activate it, get this:

"Don't panic!

You are about using plugin Advanced Custom Fields for ClassiPress v2.1.1 with ClassiPress v3.3!
Versions of plugin and ClassiPress are not compatible.
Plugin disabled for security reasons.
This is all for your own good

Please, install compatible version of the Advanced Custom Fields for ClassiPress plugin!"

I just updated my Classipress to v3.3 because I was getting the same error message. Even after the update get this. Please help!! Thanks!!
