User upload avatar feature

Hi.

I am stunned to find that it is not possible for the user to upload a profile image in classipress?

I really do not understand why appsthemes have not thought of this.
The best answer so far is, please submit a feature request in the ideas forum. Well I can not wait to see this implemented. If you show the user profile image, then there has to be a way for the user to change his image. Not having to go and create a gravatar account, which requires you to login with a wordpress.com account. Talk about confusing users.

And just try to do a search in the forum and you will discover that there are so many posts about this, and no really good solutions.
The Simple Local avatar plugin, does not work with image upload in the latest update, and I have tried all the others. No one works at the moment. And I do not even wan't to try to install a plugin which have not been updated in more than two years.

Since the ACF is all about adding custom fields to the profile, why not make it possible for the user to upload an avatar as well.
