COOKIE HASH DOES NOT NOT CHANGE with longer cache

okay I have 3 cache working on my site...

the classipress default cache

my wprocket cache

my cloudflare cache

when I use the default classipress cache of 1day the anon users can only post 1 ad post in 1 day until the cache expires...

same thing happens with wprocket cache.. I have to setup a really low cache life span... seconds or minutes...

if I have 1 or more anon users posting at the same time they cannot post any ad at all because of this...
