email address fields "Error: Email field is required."

Hi,

I success from this Having two email address fields -> http://forums.appthemes.com/newreply...3497&noquote=1

But

This thing come up when my form that have no email.

"Error: Email field is required."

My site user(seller side) Most of them not use email/can't reach them by email on site. they will use email to contact. only contact by phone and text message when they're working.


So,where I remove Anonymous email requirement.

The problem come back again this code doesn't work now.
