    Coupon Box Not Showing in Upgrade Screen

    Hi,

    I've noticed that the coupon code box is not showing when a customer chooses to upgrade their listing or when they're renewing their listing.

    It's only showing on the create listing page.

    Can you advise if this is correct for the plugin or if something is going wrong.

    It seems odd, for it to only show in one place. I'd like to be able to offer coupon incentives for people to upgrade their listing or to encourage people who have not renewed their listing.
