    Coupon Price issues

    So I have a listing category and sub categories set at $4.99 and I wanted to start populating the site with advertisers where I can offer them a free ad for a limited period of time. It made sense to make a coupon for $4.99 so the ad would be free.

    The problem is that when I went through and tested the coupon with a different user, it only shows up as a $4.00 coupon instead of the $4.99 I set it up as.

    So, uh,..help? Anyone else run into this problem?
