Listings Unavailable from Backend

I recently set up a Directory site and was able to add directory listings from the Wordpress dashboard but it seems that this function has disappeared and I am unable to do it unless I do it from the front end. Then I have to go through choosing a plan and the payment process and then manually approve my own listing. Is there a reason why this has happened (due to conflicting plugins) and is there a way around it or even a way of being able to view and edit the approved listings from the backend?
