slider and payment

Hope all is well.

the payment methods have been broken...i mean: if someone wants to purchase a memberhsip, he/she will not be able to complete the payment "it was working before but now it isn't" please i need to fix it.
second: the slider
after updating the theme "in www.qatarlist.org", the slider stopped working and moving it is now static, that's why i didn't want to update the theme in
www.uslist.net, please fix it.
