Updater Plugin Fails on Multisite

Has anyone gotten this plugin to work on multisite? I add it and you can't "enable per site" so I network enabled, put in my API key, but it still doesn't show any available updates for ClassiPress. I'm using 3.2.1 so I know it should be asking to update it. Thats why I installed the updater in the first place so that I didn't have to go through the update process for the theme but the plugin is doing nothing.
