I have jobroller theme and fxtender plugin , it allows the user to select resume or jobs and display credit card but when you hit pay you get this error:
The following errors have occurred.
(99) This transaction cannot be accepted.

I also pruchase the ssl certificate, could someone from your department log on as employer and try to purcahse a job or resume and you will receive the error above.
