As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Authorize.Net Payment Gateway Form - Wrong Form?
We have integrated the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway plugin but are having an issue with the payment form look. In sandbox and live mode it forwards to the payment form without issue. The issue is that the payment form it is showing is very simple and doesn't appear to be the same form that authorize.net shows in their 'preview' mode when adding header/footer information in the UI.

This is the same form whether using our Sandbox account or the list accounts which are different.
