As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Best workflow for users to purchase banner ads?
Hi,

I have Banners Galore installed on the Classipress/Vantage WP multi-site my developer and I are creating. I've read the forums and checked out the files packaged with the plugin, and cannot find the info I'm looking for:

1. How will advertisers purchase ad space on my site? Is this a manual process only? Are there still no payment gateways to assist users with purchasing ad space directly through my site?

2. How are Classipress site owners managing their Banners Galore ad accounts? I'm looking for a solution.
