As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hi,

Thank you for updating the theme, but I've only been able to update to 1.0.4 and can't seem to update to the latest 1.0.5 version.

I've tried to do a manual update by downloading the theme from the AppThemes dashboard, when I tried to install it, it said it was already installed and was showing as the 1.0.4 version.

I also have a new set of jQuery warnings showing (screenshot attached) and I've also noticed the log in/register is not showing on the mobile header.

Please can you help solve this for me.
