As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Daily Limit
Hi, I have a big trouble. On my site I found that some users are using a BOT wich is bumping ads every 6 mins. I'd like to have an menu that limiting the user (only one user) of bamping ads. or just need an way to add the daily relisting max number of ads. Like to apply the simple pack every day to all users with one click or automatic. I know it's possible but I can't do it yet. I'm learning PHP and I know the 1/3 what needed to do this. Can you help me please to find way out? Thanks a lot.
