As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Hi Oli,

Sorry to bother you again, I just came through this one and noticed that when we set a Featured image in a Blog post and we click on it on the front-end, it opens the image permalink file (pointing to the image path on the server) instead of opening in a box like the typical image gallery photos, any chance we can change it to at least open within the same blog post page?

And when using the Recent Posts widget, we don't see the Thumbnails next to the post title, normal behavior?
