Changing the Ads Tabs

Ok, so it's time for some real work.

I don't really see the need for 'About Us' to be in the main tab, so I wanted to get rid, and it's in the footer anyway.

Ideally, I'd like a tabs section (above the ads) that reads - Categories - Latest - Popular - Random - and 'Featured'.

If there's not enough room up there, 'Categories' can go as there's a categories item in my menu.

How would I go about doing this?
