You must first login or register to post an ad listing error message

I have the same issue in classi 3.6.1 as well , but i dont have wordfence

if i am not login and i click on the post ad button, i will be shown a sentence ==> "You must first login or register to post an ad listing." and the register is a link, and if i click on the register link it will redirect me to "http://website.com/register/?redirect_to=http://website.com/create-listing/" which will show a error message of 403: Forbidden This page cannot be displayed

any solution to this error ??? thanks
