Classipres 3.2 Beta - Cannot login as Admin or as a User

Hi

Just trying Beta 3.2 on a test site

When I activate the theme I get these warnings:

I have no plugins activated - this a fresh wordpress and classipress install

The theme looks ok but

if I log out I cannot login again either as Admin or a User????

When I click on the login link which should be www.mysite.com/wp-login.php/ it comes up as www.mysite.com/login/ and does not work even if I manually type in the correct login address

Any ideas anyone?
