    Renewed paid ad goes to top

    There is a bug when an a user tries to renew a paid ad.
    The renewal process works and the ad gets published again, but it doesn't get pushed to the top of the listings.
    Can we correct that in 3.2 so when an ad gets renewed it is pushed to the top of the list.
