strength indicator on Registration page misaligned and squashed

The strength indicator is not aligned with the other registration form elements. It appears to me to be left-justified to the right edge of the "Create Account" button, as opposed to left-justified to the left edge of the content area itself. This is the case in both portrait and landscape modes.-- Device: Nexus 4. -- OS: Android 4.2.2. -- Browser: Chrome. -- No screenshots for now. Nothing happens when I click "Manage Attachments".
