As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

If you have any support questions, please contact the seller directly per their instructions on their Marketplace item's support tab. Thank you.

Hi,

I think I have a problem with this plug in. Or maybe it is a bug.

1) I enter the address and it shows all fine, including the name of the location
2) It shows in the google suggestions all fine
3) I choose it and the Name of the location is gone!?!?

4) The link under the map in the listings opens a window but is not showing the pin
5) But the "Directions" link works fine, it shows the pin.
