    Alert! Notification

    Not sure if this has been requested or talked about in the past.

    But was wondering if there was anyway a alert type of system could be included in the next 3.0.

    I was thinking of something like scrolling text alerting users of discounts, announcements, etc...
    Always treat everyone with respect and courtesy, but trust no one.

    I know someone posted a link to that Maxiblogpress stripe ad plugin once http://www.maxblogpress.com/plugins/msa/.. kind of a similar function in terms of what you're saying.. Can't recall if anyone has mentioned anything aside from that though?
