CSS/Page Editor

Id suggest a WP option to easily edit the CSS and pages right from the WP admin under configuration... that way its simple, fast and people could see it instantly . Be nice to be able to edit the code via color pickers, etc and watch it change realtime. Be able to edit the header, footer, post page, category pages etc...just simple tools like would this really make things nice...
