Don't lose image when re-submitting an ad

Not sure if this is a bug or just how CP is setup.... but if I upload an image in the submission form, and then submit without filling in all the required fields, I then lose the image and have to re-upload it before re-submitting the ad again.

But I think some sorta slick location filtering is more important than this.

Also a visual way to add custom fields to the submission form, with optional field types (fill-in, checkbox, predefined dropdown menu), which then also appear in the edit-ad pages and also the listing itself and are searchable.

Then a smart way to configure a search form with various options for different custom fields would be nice.

Just want to reemphasize this.

A member of my site emailed me today about an image not showing up in his ad, even though he thought it was uploaded successfully in the post-form.

He was able to pause this ad and upload a second ad with the image successfully.

I think in his initial ad, his image was uploaded and then lost after trying to submit without all the required fields completed.
