Google Maps - Specific Category

It would be cool if there was an option to allow the Google Map to only show up on a specific category. An example would be for a Real Estate category. Makes sense to have a map to show a property listing but someone selling a TV or some other electronic might not want a map on the listing.

Another way of doing it would to maybe have a check box on the submit a classified page to show a map or not? This way it wouldn't be tied to a specific category but could be done on a per listing basis.

Thoughts?

You could wrap the map code in a 'if cat = CATID / else statement' but you'd also need to do the same for the map field in the submit form etc.

Would make a useful admin option when creating categories, probably along the line of an extra option table val.

I think something like this would be an awesome feature to add into the core functions of the ClassiPress application.

*As I also mentioned in my original post above, it would be great to have a check box on the submit a classified page to show a map or not so a user submitting a listing select having the map show or not on a per listing basis.

* I would be willing to pay for this modification if it's not a consideration for the core application.
