hide http:// when no URL is added

It's good that in 2.9.3 people can now forget the "http://" of their URL and it will be automatically appended.

    But,

the "http://" should not be displayed if no URL is included in the ad!

The current handling of this is worse than in 2.9.2, because now every ad (without a URL included by the poster) has this broken/useless link (in my firefox browser this is true).

I haven't upgraded my site to 2.9.3 and may hold off until 3.0. Hopefully this is improved in 3.0.
