Option for setting certain categories to no postings of ads

Camera
- Canon
- Panasonic
- Nikon
Since we are unable to set non posting for categories now, there are people who post their ads in either the parent category "Camera", and some with post in subcategories. There are others who post double ads in both the parent and subcategories.
It's a mess. This is a recurring problem for all categories.
It would be good to be able to set a category to non posting and have an option to display on that category index, all ads from it's subcategories. So in this example, on Camera page, it will show all the ads from Canon, Panasonic and Nikon.
