promotional code
Not sure if this feature is already requested.
Description:
Offering promotional codes so the end price is reduced to a given price or percentage.
Admin side:
- A text box under payments, where you assign your code of choice (i.e. classi327)
- A text box next to it, where you assign the reduced price or the percentage of the initial price (say 80% of the set value).
Front-end:
- A text box in the classified form asking for the promotional code.
- After form submission, if empty, assign value X for paypal - if value matches, assign value 0.8*X (or Y) for paypal - if value does not match, refresh form with fields pre-populated, leave box empty and show notification (not error message) that there was promo code value mismatch - please retype or proceed without the discount).
