SEO Question

Love the wordpress type of craiglist theme. I think it would be great promoting my internet business...
Just one question. I was wondering since that my main focus for this website is to be keyword-intensive. That way my website would rank better on google.
Like, for instance, I found a low competition keyword such as spring airsoft guns. I want that keyword to appear on one category that is supposed to be spring airsoft guns - header of the ad post, title tag, url link with the keyword in it, etc.
Can this wordpress craiglist do that? I've tested the demo a while but I was a little dissatisfied of how it handles the keyword as not being intensively enough.
