[REQ] User Group Manager

I would like to have some way to organize or manage user groups, here are the features I'm looking for, maybe there are already some say to solve this, or maybe someone gives it a shot.

1. Member Groups: Agency, Seller, & Buyer.

2. Ability to set the amount of post each group can make, for instance;
- Agency: 10 Ads
- Seller: 1 Ad
- Buyer: 0 Ads ( And remove the Orange "Post an Ad" Button if they belong to this group.

3. Select Group at registration: so that member could select their Group when signing up.

4. Badges for each group: Ability to add Badges/Icons/Images underneath the User-name on their Ad, Profile, etc..

5. Review Seller/Agency: ( This has been requested many times ) A way that they can leave a review/ranking on the Seller/Agency profile.

Any ideas are welcome.

You can try using this plugin that allows membership management http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/s2member/ . The plugin supports up four primary Membership Levels, and unlimited Custom Capability Packages. This allows you to create an unlimited number of Membership Packages, all with different Capabilities and prices. You can label your primary Membership Levels anything you like. The defaults are Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Paypal is integrated too.

I have not tested it yet with Classipress but its worth a try.
